This warranty is available only for KINROAD products


Registering Product

It is Distributor / Dealer's responsibility to register product for warranty, Warranty registration card and copy of original sales invoice must be received within 14 days of initial purchase.
A copy of the warranty registration card is the consumer's proof of warranty for future reference.
NO WARRANTY COVERAGE WILL BE ALLOWED UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS REGISTERED WITH KINROAD LP. PRODUCTS MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY A KINROAD AUTHORIZED DEALER TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. ALL WARRANTY MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE DEALER WHERE YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUSTS. (THE PRODUCT MUST BE PURCHASED FROM THE KINROAD OFFICE IN THE US.)

Limited Warranty

Kinroad is committed to providing excellent after Sales Service through swift warranty processing. A warranty registration card needs to be on file with Kinroad L.P. before a warranty claim can be processed.
Warranty starts from date of purchase by the consumer but within a year from the date dealer purchases from Kinroad LP. During the warranty coverage period, we will cover manufacturer defective parts for all Kinroad products.
Defective parts maybe requested by Kinroad for review in order to approve the warranty parts for replacement. Dealers are responsible for shipping charges incurred shipping replacement parts from and to us. Warranty does not cover shipping damages, misuse, abuse, or other reasons except for manufacturer's defect.
We will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have:
1/ WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARDS
2/COPY OF ORIGINAL SALES INVOICE ON FILE

The warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in material of workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, modification to the vehicle that are not Kinroad approved parts, normal wear and tear, abuse or corrosion and the following parts and items:
