Use: We warrant our labor and mefast parts for 30 days. If our repair
or modification fails we will make correction one time.
Racing
Use: We do not warrant racing parts or modifications.
Most
U.S. manufactured engines are factory warranted for a two years.

A
customer service representative is ready to answer any questions about
your order or products we sell. For assistance call, 718-576-1848
between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. If you prefer,

Shipping /
Delivery Times
Mefast
Liquidation and Elescooterparts carries a large line of the products.
Most orders received by 8:00 P.M., will be shipped within two business
days.
Domestic
orders less than 150 lb. and within size limits (under 8' in length as
a general rule) will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS. Orders that cannot
be sent via UPS will be shipped via freight (truck.). Transit time for
most domestic orders range from 5 day to 9 days depending on the
distance from our distribution center to your destination. Buyer pays
freight charges on delivery.
International
orders will be shipped the best way depending on the weight and size.
For
shipments going outside the United States
We
will ship your International parts order.
All
International parts will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Duties
and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
US
Orders will not be subject to additional shipping charges.

Prices
Mefast
makes every effort to provide accurate prices and product
specifications but reserves the right to change prices or correct
errors in product specifications without notice.
Returns
We
do not accept returns.
Back Orders
Mefast
attempts to manage its inventory levels to minimize back orders but on
occasion some merchandise will be out of stock or need to be special
ordered and will not be shipped with your order. Please check your
packing list to determine if a product has been backordered.
Damaged or
Lost Items
If you receive containers or packages that are visibly damaged or
de-palletized, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or
receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy and photo of damage.
Keep
the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please
contact our Customer Service Department at 718-576-1848 within 10
calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you
determine that a shipment is lost.
Severe
damage, if damage is catastrophic call 718-576-1848, we may authorize
refusal.
